Hex Heating and Plumbing got in touch to say that they were doing a job in the area in the morning and were able to come in the afternoon. The problem was solved very quickly. It was a rubber connection hose that had been fitted that was leaking. This was replaced with a copper pipe. Very impressed with the tracking down of the problem, the standard of the job done and how clean the work area was left. I am recommending Hex Heating and Plumbing to friends and neighbours.

Amazing service from Hex. An emergency call out on a Sunday led Ben to diagnose the faults on my boiler, unfortunately being an old one it was unrepairable. Ben sourced a new boiler there and then and came round the next day to fit it, although he already had other jobs booked in the next day he still made time and worked till after 9pm to ensure I had hot water and everything was working as it should. Excellent quality with no over inflated prices. I would highly recommend Hex, they will be my first choice for any heating or plumbing work in the future.

Had my boiler serviced by Ben and he did a very thorough job at a very reasonable price. He also quoted a good price to move the magna filter that the installer had fitted to the wrong side. Definitely recommended.

We had our boiler serviced today by HEX heating and plumbing. The guy who came was very punctual (sending a polite text beforehand to say when he was on his way) He was polite and tidy and did an excellent job of the service. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

What a lovely man. Dan was very polite on the phone when I booked. He turned up exactly on time. He was calm. Explained everything he was going to do. Made me feel at ease. He worked professionally and fitted my new cooker. He cleared away any mess. He charged a reasonable price. I was extremely happy with his work. I would highly recommend him. And wish him every success in his business.
