Fadi was excellent from start to finish. He communicated clearly about arrival times, the work involved, and the cost. He was professional, respectful of our home, and kept everything clean and tidy throughout the job. He explained what he was doing at each stage and left the area spotless when finished. I would definitely recommend Fadi to anyone looking for a reliable and professional service.

The mechanism in my toilet went bust, so cue several calls to tradespeople to come out today. Every one I spoke to couldn't come same day. But then I spoke to Fadi! He came over within the hour, looked at the problem, nipped out for a part, returned quickly and fixed it. He is polite, efficient and tidy. I definitely recommend!

I was nervous as my usual plumber was away and it was an emergency. The owner, Fadi, called me as soon as I’d chosen a few of the Checkatrade recommendations, he offered me an emergency price for the issue, but I waited a day, for the non emergency price, appreciated his call on a Sunday. I went with the non emergency cost to save money. Fadi, turned up on time, reviewed the issue, had to pop out, to buy and replace a part, he also checked and rectified a few other things I was concerned with there and then for an extra cost.
