Excellent, knowledgeable & reliable service
Frazer was wonderful & didn't make me feel stupid when I didn't understand the technical issues of the problems with my PVR. He was very patient, & though eventually it had to be replaced, he explored every avenue to get the old one working. He was generous with his time, & sourced a new PVR & installed it for me. Troubleshoot and reconnect TV to Soundbar and sub
