  Installation of bathroom and converting basement into living space including new window and staircase

  Dan and the team did a great job converting our dark dingy basement into a bright usable living space as well as installing a new high end bathroom. This included removing a wall, installing new windows and creating and installing a new staircase. A professional service and great communication, especially when dealing with structural engineer and council building inspector, taking that stress away. Dan always replied to messages a calls and immediately fixed all the snags without constant chasing and reminders. Highly recommended

  New Garage and utility room

  Dan, Dave and the team have made an excellent job of our new garage and utility room, absolutely exceeded my expectations. Dan kept me updated through the whole build, ensuring I was happy with progress and the finish at every stage. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone looking for a quality finish at a competitive price

  New kitchen fitted, wall out, flooring, plastering, painting, door fitting and roof lantern

  Poor quality installation of kitchen and roof lantern, some issues with floor also. Kitchen fitter they used was not up to the job and took forever. Fitter blamed the kitchen. Finish was poor and had report from kitchen supplier conducted, this detailed what the issues were, sent to builder who didn’t respond. Had to pay two days labour to a carpenter to resolve the issues in the kitchen. Roof lantern leaked HGF said would send a roofer who never arrived, got my own who resealed but didn’t work, whole thing had to be taken out and refitted at my own cost. HGF agreed to pay but haven’t covered.

  Refurbished shower room and bathroom

  HGF are professional , efficient and their work was terrific. Would recommend them . They are very helpful and their Estimates are realistic

  New kitchen, new flooring throughout, refurb cloakroom.

  A seamless refurb' project from HGF. The guys working here were friendly, efficient and tidy. Always happy to answer my questions and to discuss and explain things to me. Very good advice and suggestions received from them about finishes and styles which really helped bring the whole design/style together. Finished to a very high standard and nothing was too much trouble for them. Really dedicated to their work and ensuring that I was happy with everything. Great guys a huge credit to HGF Projects.

  New family bathroom and full refurb' utility room

  Extremely pleased with the work and the time that Dan gave me before the works commenced. Everyone that worked on the bathroom and the utility room were fantastic, nothing was too difficult or complicated and they always found a way to make sure it would all work together. They constantly kept me updated with progress. If there were any issues, they would discuss it with me and come up with solutions. They had a lot of fantastic advice and suggestions, which I took on board. Family and friends love the new bathroom and utility room and admire the high standard of finish.
