Perfect job and excellent customer service

On the Friday afternoon I had to call the Emergency Gas Service due to smelling gas in the garden. The gas man checked our boiler and found it needed to be checked before further use then turned off the gas leaving us without hot water. I called HGH and they came very late on the Friday afternoon, found the problem and proposed a solution for the next day when plumbing stores would reopen. HGH returned before 9 on the Saturday morning and the problem was resolved before 12 noon and we had hot water again. Really great service and solved our problem as fast as could be expected, even faster

HGH plumbing have completed all the plumbing on my bathroom renovation. In addition they fixed my kitchen sink which had become detached from the worktop. They were very reliable and completed the work effectively and efficiently and I was kept up to date with the progress throughout. The kitchen sink was an extra piece of work and it was really helpful to get that done at the same time. They put extra effort in and went and got a replacement drain hole and plug as the existing one was a mess. I was really happy with all the work.

Hamid was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Completed the work in a timely and thorough manner and charged a good price for his services. I would highly recommend and will be using HGH Plumbing and Heating again!
