Highly recommend for electric boiler repairs
I had a leak inside my electric boiler and was struggling to find someone who could repair it. I called several companies, but they all said they didn't work on electric boilers. He came to my house and was very professional and provided excellent customer service. He explained the problem to me in a way that I could understand and gave me a solution for the repair. He also swiftly did the work at a reasonable price. He was able to fix my boiler quickly and efficiently, and I'm confident that they'll be able to help me if I ever have any other problems with my heating system.

Replaced a boiler
Contacted Harrison via Checkatrade and received a response within 30 mins. Harrison completed a site visit the day before to ensure everything was as expected and fitted our new boiler within of being contacted. Pacey who I believe is an apprentice attended with Harrison and was allowed to complete tasks to aid his qualification (did melt a little of the boiler casing when fitting the new copper pipes but no big deal). Overall very good.

Modernise 2x en-suite , new kitchen sink/radiator
Harrison carried out the work at very reasonable rates and within quoted time frames. Work was a few months ago now and we are very pleased with the outcome

Boiler problems!
When it came to diagnosing the problems, Harrison from HG Plumbing and Heating was incredibly thorough. He took the time to explain the issues in layman's terms, ensuring I understood what needed to be fixed and why. His knowledge and attention to detail were evident, and I felt confident that I was dealing with someone who knew their craft inside and out! I would highly recommend.
