The two plumbers that attended our repair were very punctual and kept me informed of arrival time etc. They came out on the same day as I reported fault. Safi was brilliant in communicating with me around when he could get to me, and kept me updated with how far away he was etc during the time frame given. Super quick response with contacting me once I’d put a message out on checkatrade, and came within 24 hours of me requesting the job.
