Untrustworthy, unprofessional and poor workmanship.
My experience with this company has been extremely negative. Over a period of five months, I encountered repeated delays, missed appointments, inconsistent pricing, and work that was incomplete and of a very poor standard. When I raised a complaint, the response from the company was abusive and aggressive and has caused a lot of stress and upset. Jack is the best!!
I called Jack as I had a leak in my flat roof that was running down my kitchen wall. I was happy for a temporary repair but Jack popped out and returned with all the gear for a permanent solution to the problem and didn’t charge any more than his original quote! Jack is a young man with all the qualities of the old fashioned tradesman I remember from years ago.
