Once a home visit from Aaron himself was organised he was very prompt. Worked out a quote quickly. We didn't go for the quote but the interaction was positive and respectful.

Aaron was excellent and we highly recommend him. He completed everything to a high standard and organised all the separate necessary trades to completely renovate the bungalow, even when we were away. Very trustworthy and hardworking. Pricing was fair and affordable, would 100% recommend.

Arrived several hours late to inspect. Didn't go up on roof to inspect the damage. Requested a quote twice but only gave me verbal estimate despite promises to send a quote by email. Three weeks later it still hasn't arrived. Don't think he wanted the job but not man enough to say so.

Aaron was brilliant from start to finish. I explained the job to him over the phone and within a few days he came to assess the job. He reassured me about the job and provided a really decent price. When he completely the job he was clean, professional and did the job exactly how I asked. I also asked Aaron lots of questions about future jobs that I had in mind, he was honest and gave me advice throughout. I then needed my guttering changing to which Aaron sorted for me in a few days. I would highly recommend Hicroft and definitely use their serives again.

The company as a whole were unprofessional, sloppy, didnt turn up. We had to break contract to now get work finished by other people because wasnt turning up and when they did they rushed and now re-done. Silicone used between tiles.Instead of grout, damaged sink, leaking windows. Hicroft Ltd is now Hicroft Build Ltd. Now re fused to come back for a leaking door because we paid for it, even though they fitted it. Complete joke. Have pictures to prove all the bad workmanship. Also the contractors they use the painter is useless two different color walls no prep done.
