    Perfect internal AC solution—it looks like part of the furniture!

    We recently had Hidden Cool LTD install air conditioning in our three-bedroom house in Kennington, and we are really impressed with the results. Since we were restricted from having a bulky outdoor condenser, their internal-only Italian systems were the ideal solution for us. What we love most is how well the units are integrated into the walls; they almost feel like a part of the furniture rather than a typical AC unit.     A lifesaver for our restricted apartment

    Fantastic experience with Hidden Cool. Our building has strict rules against external AC units, making cooling a challenge. They provided the perfect solution with their water-cooled internal units. The installation was seamless, and the system works perfectly without any outside equipment. From start to finish, the team was professional, tidy, and highly knowledgeable. If you live in a restricted building where external condensers aren’t allowed, I highly recommend Hidden Cool.     Exceptional service and high-quality workmanship

    I’m genuinely really happy with the work Hidden Cool did installing the AC units in my apartment in London. From the first message to the final handover, everything was handled professionally and with real attention to detail.     STAY AWAY!

    Stay away from this company! They started a job at my home which proved to be a total disaster. Their work was terrible and all well documented. They admitted it was faulty and incomplete but instead of returning to rectify, they ran off with the money. Apparently this is a pattern with them!

    The works you instructed Hidden Cool Ltd to complete were completed and signed off. Not to mention photo evidence was obtained. You refused to pay your final invoice and instead tried to blackmail the company and the individuals in it. There cannot be any blame on Hidden Cool Ltd for works carried out by other companies which were incomplete. You must take this up with the owners of that company instead of tarnishing our good name, as this is Slander & deformation. This review is completely untrue, unjustified and fake.

    Great experience - professional and tidy throughout

    Hidden Cool provided outstanding service throughout our air conditioning installation. From the initial site visit, they were clear and thorough in explaining the entire process, which gave us confidence in their approach. The installation took four days, and the team was professional throughout. They left the site neat and tidy at the end of each day, which we really appreciated. The quality of workmanship was evident in the finished result - the pipework and wiring for the condenser unit were installed very neatly. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended.
