AVOID!!!!! This company misrepresents as an insured business online and will take NO responsibility for the damaged caused to any of your goods. I asked prior to booking if they were insured and was advised they were. The website also clearly states they are. The owner has now admitted they are NOT insured. Even if you have had a previously good experience, avoid unless you want to be left with hundreds of pounds worth of damage. I was asked to make payment before my goods had finished being unloaded and to provide proof of this, so had no opportunity to check my goods. Now perusing action
