  flat re-roof, chimney render and new gutter

  Good communication for quoting and scheduling. Flat roof reroofed, gutter section replaced, chimney rendered and painted as planned. However, their subcontracted scaffolder damaged an existing gutter and the new downpipe disconnected after rain. The gutter attached to the new roof now drips. Despite repeated attempts and promised visits, four months later remedial work is still outstanding. This raises concern about how any future warranty issues would be handled if required.

  Trustworthy firm, excellent work.

  Arranged to come and view at specific time which they kept to. Used drone to see roof in detail and showed me what was needed. Agreed full replacement of flashing. Also told me flashing on chimney breast was fine and just needed minor repair to chimney breast. Kept me informed about when scaffolding would arrived. Turned up, did work very efficiently. Very pleased with quality of work and helpfulness of all involved. Five stars!

  Highly Recommend – Excellent Roofing Team

  Honestly can’t praise Jordan and Sheldon enough. They did a range of repairs on our roof, including new guttering, fascia boards, and soffits, and the quality of their work is second to none. They’re genuinely top lads who clearly take pride in what they do and go above and beyond - they even fixed my broken gate and got rid of a wasps’ nest while they were at it! Communication from Gemma in the office was always quick and reliable too. Wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again, and I’d 100% recommend them to anyone looking for solid, trustworthy roofers.

  Three velux windows needed the flashing replacing

  HighClad roofing did a fantastic job, they came out to do an initial inspection and informed me exactly what the issue was and what was required to repair the leaks on the Velux windows. Gemma kept me informed of when the replacement kits would arrive and the costs which were very reasonable. The work was started and completed on Saturday morning they did a great job
