Initial experience with Highcraft was good, professional, helpful. The roof was replaced last summer, concerns before it was finished, days they didn’t turn up, queries were left unanswered or answers not satisfactory where I was still left concerned. On sign off, could see light in a number of places, told just slipped tiles, they came and fixed. The end result did not look good, or professional. Made a number of calls, told they had sealed the edges of the roof and not to worry. I had damp over the winter. They also recovered the flat roof, not leaking before repair, but leaking after

The specification of window was originally agreed. An alternative was fitted but this was not communicated until all works were supposedly completed. In fact my husband discovered it was the wrong one after Highcraft had left our house. This left us with very little choice other than to accept the alternative window as it had already been installed. We had to negotiate a price reduction as appropriate. We’ve paid in full but are still waiting for receipts and the manufacturer’s guarantee despite contacting Highcraft.

Chris from Highcraft Roofing Ltd turned up to quote job, he done job while here. Chris was very polite and explained what needed doing so just got on with it very pleased. Would recommend

After receiving a few quotes, we decided to go with Higcraft. The quote was competitive and there was a genuine focus on keeping costs to a minimum. Once confirmed, the work started immediately. At each stage, I was sent photos and kept up to date with progress. The work was completed quickly and before some stormy weather which was appreciated. Ryan and his team were very friendly and courteous throughout the job and answered any of my questions. Overall I would recommend to others and would use again.

Came out promptly to assess the work required. Very polite. Reassured me on the numerous questions I kept asking.

Had a very competitive quote , agreed to the work, Had a time frame for the work to be completed, this was achieved successfully because of going away, A very big thank you to Bill and Ryan,Jordan.and later little Billy. Ryan and Jordan came just after the scaffolding arrived and swiftly got on with the work involved which was as follows. Roof tiles taken off one side ,old felt batons replaced, dry verges installed, new and old tiles put back on. Chimney flashing, repointed, excellently done by Ryan. Very pleased with the work. Ryan, Jordan, and little Billy, found very courteous, a credit.
