These guys were super reliable from first contact to job completion. Very clear pricing etc and a great job. The 2 guys doing the work were friendly and accommodating. Our daughter's flat had heavy clumps of moss growing on the roof which came down after heavy rain causing a mess on the paving below. I had 3 quotes from local contractors and chose HLS due to the positive feedback plus I felt their quote was reasonable. I was not disappointed!! Dan kept in good communication before starting and he and Carl did an excellent job. They left the roof lovely and clean and also removed all the moss and dirt from the guttering. Roof cleaning and treatment
We offer 2 options for roof cleaning, both methods achieving fantastic results: -
Option One - Steam Cleaning- Using our specialist equipment we apply high temp steam to your roof that removes the moss and rejuvenates your tiles in a non-abrasive way, leaving it looking brand new again.
Option Two - Manual Scrape- by manually scraping the moss with specialist equipment. We then apply a biocide treatment that continues to be effective long after the scrape, killing any remaining moss spores and putting a stop to its return, leaving your roof cleaner for longer. A unique service that we provide is our ability to erect our own scaffolding, keeping costs lower for the customer.
We have our own scaffolding materials and license to keep prices lower. Please ask for a free quote.
Exterior Cleaning
With the use of our state-of-the-art equipment and a variety of solutions, we offer a number of different cleaning options from pressure washing to steam cleaning of all hard exterior surfaces.
Pressure Washing and Exterior Steam Cleaning
We offer a full range of Pressure washing services and exterior steam cleaning services, using high heat to clean NOT pressure. A perfect alternative for surfaces such as Roof tiles, Patios and Stone that leave fantastic results.
Although ideal for a number of jobs, pressure washing your roof can damage the tile by removing the top layer of protection, steam cleaning is a non-abrasive alternative that uses heat to clean the surface instead of pressure.
Gutter Cleaning
For our gutter cleans we use a state-of-the-art Vac gutter cleaning system. This allows us to see what is in your gutters from the ground and leave them clean and free flowing. We will also check your outlets and downpipes to ensure nothing from the gutters have left them blocked.
