We committed to a move from Sunderland to Newcastle. The team were flexible with the change of dates that happened due to uncertainty about our move. However the quality of work was really poor and they damaged multiple items. Cost us a few hundred pounds in damage and then when we discussed this with them they became confrontational and refused to acknowledge that they had caused the damages.

Very efficient polite considerate service at quite short notice .Two very pleasant young men arrived when they said they would ,after letting me know they where on their way ,very quickly dismantled a double bed and took it to another address .Excellent service would use this company again and definitely recommend to my friends.Thank you Highfield Removals
