Rang to book a job and they came the next day. Contacted me half an hour before they came. It was a tough job to remove some age old bath taps but the engineer worked hard to get it sorted - meant I didn't need to have a new bath anyway so all good.

The engineer was on time and tidy up after.

The overall result looks great and the connection is functioning exactly as expected, which is really appreciated. That said, a little disappointed with a couple of aspects of the finish. The cut made to the cabinet to extend the gas pipe wasn't as clean as I had hoped, not clean and precise, and unfortunately the new gas hob's paint has chipped off on the corners and received scratches in the process.
