New driveway and extensive maintenance of outside of property
Highgate Builders were involved in two projects at our property. 1. Scaffold put up to carry out extensive repairs to our windows, gutters, roof , etc 2. Installation of a new driveway Both projects completed to a very high standard. Highgate Builders are perfectionists. Kitchen side return, groundwork, carpentry, decorating
We had a full kitchen side return done including groundwork, steel frame, etc. Kevin managed the process well including resolving some issues with the engineers plans. The work overall was to a very high standard. His team are skilled and very easy to get along with. To decorate bedroom and lay flooring down.
He only sub contracts the work out. Massive delays to the simplest of jobs. You don't always get the true picture of the costs and extras are almost undoubtedly added on.
