  Burst water appliance

  The company responded immediately to an emergency call out. John the plumber was excellent dealing with the problem immediately and efficiently. He returned after my holiday to improve the tap system under my sink provided by the kitchen fitters. The result was an excellent job improving the hot water flow which previously had taken so long. I thoroughly recommend High Home Improvements Ltd.

  Called with a toilet that wouldn’t stop filling!

  Explained the issue got told what he thought it probably was straight away and asked to send pictures for a quote. John arrived when he said he would carried out the work in a good time and left everything neat and tidy. He even showed me what he had done. Highly recommend and will be using again when I need to get other things done. Thank you John

  Mixer tap & toilet cistern repair / replacement

  John arrived on time to quote for kitchen mixer tap replacement (I provided) & 3 x toilet cistern repairs (1 x not refilling 2 x overflowing) at own & daughter's homes. Felt he quoted a fair price after his researching parts' availability (20 year old equipment). Sourced generic parts rather than much more expensive original equipment manufacturers' ones. Turned up on time with colleague on the day & all work completed to my satisfaction within an hour. Knowledgeable, tidy, polite, trustworthy. All equipment demonstrated functioning before departure. Would use again without hesitation.
