Bob was extremely helpful and spotted there was a problem with the boiler as well as the thermostatic valve. He fixed the boiler issue and offered solutions to fix the shower issues and managed to get it to produce hot water in the meantime. His solution is less invasive and more cost effective. Very prompt too.

Hamid was very detailed and instead of just taking the pictures of the tap to determine the issue he came over to check the problem and identify exactly what needed replacing. He showed up on time and repaced tap, polite as always.
