The job was only partially completed, yet I was told it was finished and made full payment. A few days later, the original issue was still present. When I contacted them again, instead of addressing the unresolved problem, I was given a new quote for additional work and they avoided taking responsibility for fixing it. I am also concerned they may have caused further damage, although I cannot confirm this. Several other surveyors have since verified that the original issue remains. Please be cautious, as they operate under multiple company names, including Dshroofing247 on other platforms.
