Leaking roof repair
Hightech were very helpful with investigating and later repairing a flat roof to a dormer window. Water leak through the failed roof membrane, and they attended to investigate the source from scaffold. After quoting, we asked them to complete the repair and they replaced the liquid roof system to stop further leaks. It's only a couple months on but so far, so good!
Gutter and Solar Panel Cleaning
Very satisifed with the workmanship from Hightech Staff. They were very professional in their approach and completed the task to a high standard in a timely manner. Would definetely highly recommend their service. Have been using them for more than 5 years now.
Quality tradesman
We have used Hightech Cleaning and Maintenance to clean our windows since we moved in April 2022. We have just used them to relay four loose patio slabs in our back graden and also clean our back windows. Jake was very reliable and did a great job. He left the area around the patio very clean and took away all of the waste. His price was very competitive and I will always use him for any work I need doing in the future.

Cleaning Windows
Did a great job a couple of times and then just failed to turn up when scheduled for a few months without any notification or reason. Only when chased did they respond by letting us know that due to staffing issues they'd given up cleaning windows. Now looking for a reliable window cleaner in Rainham who can do our house and next door neighbours regularly

Cleaning fascia, soffits, gutters, Upvc. Moss removal roofs and biocide treatment. Slate replaced.

They were great, showed up on time, very friendly staff and it was very cheap ! I have a semi detached house and it was great value for money.
Clean gutters and conservatory
As proimised, 2 very polite HIGHTECH guys showed up on time and after making sure of what needed to be done, set themselves to work without fuss or delay. One of the roof panels on the conservatory had collected a large amount of limescale from an overflowing F&E that required one of them (Jake) to balance himself on a ladder to gently scrape it off. Over and above the call of duty! The rest of the job was carried out professionally, and the house windows and doors, especially the conservatory, look like new! Great to know the gutters were emptied. Very pleased and well worth the money.
