Guttering to the front of the property was jet washed. Moss etc removed
The guttering had been overflowing and soaking the brick wall and windows. All guttering was cleaned. Unfortunately heavy rain resulted in the same guttering again overflowing. Mr Goodwin came back identified the issue and rectified it

Large red brick patio and driveway repaired and cleaned.
I am very pleased with the work that has been done and will be calling Mr Goodwin back in the future to keep my frontages and back garden paths looking good. And I will not hesitate to contact him for any other maintenance that my property may need in the future. A very pleasant and honest man.

Converting my drive way from gravel to tarmac
There removed all the gravel and prepped the drive for tarmac, the ground work was well done, the finish was also expertly done as any professional would. After the job was completed there tidied up and taken all the old stuff away.

Concrete slab with Decking on top to hold a Hot Tub and Gazebo.
Excellent work again by Highview Property Maintenance, they had to dig out and remove top surface lawn lay a slab of concrete 4 x 6 mtr wait for it to harden then put Decking on top all decking was treated underneath before putting the top timbers on which wasn't asked for but Chad and his men did this to preserve the timbers underneath all of the work was done to an excellent standard, everyone is very courteous and kept everything very tidy, nothing was too much trouble. This is the second time they have done work for us and I would not hesitate to use them again. Thanks Highview.

Cleaned block paving.
As a parkhome owner maintenance of paving around the unit is very high due to the elements. Also provided with sound practical after care advise.
