Adrian and his team were fantastic, I was recommended by a friend who had used home improvements. Adrian came around to give us a quote. Very fairly priced, We were kept up to date every step of the way and the team were on hand for any questions I wanted to ask. So happy with the finish we would recommend this company to anyone. This was a huge job which was completed efficiently by a professional team. Had about 12 local companies asked to quote and HI Home Improvements were the only company to respond with a design, a quotation and a date. Not a digger in sight- all work was carried out by hand and measured, checked and carefully completed by the team who worked through frost, ice, torrential rains and thunderstorms. Can’t thank you enough- this was my biggest challenge in my new home and it’s made a huge difference both to safety and ease of access! You should be proud Adrian you and your guys can’t be faulted!

After two delays, due to circumstances beyond their control, the work was completed by two very pleasant young men. Asked for a quote for other work so will definitely be using this Company again.

Adrian and Richard spent approximately three weeks landscaping our back garden. He followed the design we wanted perfectly, using materials we asked for. Neighbours commented about how hard they worked, easy to approach and we're well mannered, just lovely lads. They cleaned up at the end of each day making sure that the area was safe. He had a set of keys due to admission into hospital with absolutely no issues. The do what you ask for and with materials you want if you have a preference are polite and trustworthy.
