Mark was prompt, professional and very courteous, providing excellent customer service from start to finish. He wore business uniform, and was clean and smart. Mark explained precisely what needed doing and gave updates as the work was being carried out, to ensure we were happy. The quality of the workmanship is excellent and Mark talked us through the finished result, ensuring we were happy. He helped discuss other roof issues he identified (which I knew was a problem) and gave consultative advice with no pressure or obligation for future work. Mark is really nice and I highly recommend him.

From the start communication was fantastic and Mark was round very quickly to give us a quote. Although experiencing some delays due to the weather, communication was consistent throughout. Work was carried out quickly and to a very high standard. They left our drive way and roof very tidy once the work was completed.
