Hi Lite's work was completely defective. They demonstrated a shocking lack of professionalism and expertise. Examples include grossly inadequate support for loft timbers, improper use of cement render for flashing, and the omission of critical components such as guttering. They delivered substandard work that has caused multiple leaks and shockingly denied responsibility, even when presented with clear evidence of their mistakes. Their performance is entirely unacceptable for any roofing project; their poor service caused me, a vulnerable person, stress and illness. No invoice received either.

James contacted me within hours of check a trade posting my requirements. His was my third estimate. He came with his team a few days later and my shed was re roofed. I can’t comment on standard of workmanship as I am a mere housewife but he and his team were pleasant to deal with. Arrived on time, worked tidily and satisfied my requirements. Job well done from me.

Used hi-lite roofing for a complete re roof job. James and his team were very professional and friendly. James took his team to asses the issues and provided recommendations. Everything wrapped up in 1 day and very happy with the final output. Highly recommended

I am extremely happy with the work carried out on my roof by James and the team. James explained the areas that needed attention and his proposal for the repairs and the removing of the moss on the roof. He kept me updated throughout. All areas at the front and back were cleaned after the job was done and left very tidy. I was happy with the price James quoted and felt I could trust him from the outset. Everyone on the team was really nice. I highly recommend Hi Lite and satisfied I made the right choice in choosing them.

James and the guys were excellent. They came out quickly to fix caps over the chimney to prevent any further birds entering the chimney stack. Great work and would totally recommend.

Very professional and friendly people. They did complete the risky job easily due the skills they have. They replaced my security alarm batteries too though it is not their job , this is an example of their friendly behaviour. I strongly recommend them for all kinds of roof related work.
