  Absolutely reliable turned up even though it was raining and the work carried out was excellent

  Absolutely brilliant, we had the back of our house cladded it looks absolutely fabulous really helpful with picking out what we needed blends in absolutely wonderful carried out the work so quickly couldn’t have asked for anything more totally reliable

  Efficient work

  When getting the quote for building work the gentleman was very efficient, and gave us a very good price. The work was thought out to get the best outcome and was done promptly. We were both very happy with the work that was done and would recommend him to others.

  Bathroo renovation

  Hillier Development did a complete bathroom renovation for us, wall panels bathroom suit, plumbing and all bathroom fittings. All work was carried out to a very high standard in a very professional manner. Would recommend Hillier Development to carry out any renovation work you require.

  Great local company, great job, variety of services

  Came round to do multiple jobs.. very professional, very well priced. Very friendly, and communicated well throughout. Have alot more work booked in for the year on the house .....I highly recommend, for any work that needs doing

  Professional and tidy service

  I used hillier development for an extension to the back of my property, involving structural steel works and a roof conversion. The team was very courteous, punctual and produced some remarkable work. I am very pleased with the end result and thankful that I chose to use their services.   Excellent work in my extension and bathroom highly recommended

  We recently used this company for a house extension and a full bathroom installation, and we are extremely pleased with the results.
