Mr. Hills suggested that we replace the kitchen tap with a new one, while he would fix the drips from the bathroom shower. A total (all inclusive) price of £320.00 was agreed. Mr. Hills undertook the work on Tuesday, 9 April 2024 and I paid him the agreed sum - £320.00, on the understanding that the work was successfully concluded and the issues had been rectified. Two further visits to my home by Mr. Hills were undertaken, necessitated by continued dripping of the shower. Mr. Hill has since proposed further work to stop the dripping shower at an additional £437.00. The problem persists.
