Karl quoted us for a new boiler 2 weeks ago, once quoted we accepted and got the boiler fitted a week after, Karl was very efficient and explained everything. We couldn't be happier with our new combi boiler. I'm so happy happy I've a realibe gas engineer. Thanks Karl
