A champagne price with a lemonade skill set. The job was to raise a pitched roof to a flat roof that was having a rubber roof finish, with the roof being new the boards should butt up nicely to each other, NO, it was such a bodge "slithers" of OSB were cut to fill holes, why? every board was square !!!! , Along one edge where the timber joist is straight, the OSB on the roof run out by 8mm,. There was a hole of 25mm x 100mmm hole left... great on a rubber roof . We have sheet of OSB butted up against another, but not on a joist, it's just floating... great until someone stands on it.

We had an understairs storage unit built and panelling installed in our hallway. Andy was quick, efficient, good communication and work done to a good standard. Would recommend.

Andy was timely, the work was amazing, he is reliable, friendly and reasonable. Andy’s invoice came in at the same price as the estimate. He advised on better solutions once the work started and gave us options. Would thoroughly recommend him and will be using his carpentry services in the future.

Andy is great at communicating and was able to come round to quote and complete the job later the same week. He had a great set up outside and was able to do the job quickly and didn't make a mess at all. Thanks for doing such a great job. Highly recommend and will definitely have Andy back to so other jobs in future - he even finished the steps by painting them in primer like the rest of the staircase.

Really brilliant workman. He did the job great just came in and got on with it. Had a really good routine to follow to sort my loft hatch. I am very pleased with his work would defo recommend 10/10. Will get him back for more work when I have saved up.
