Henry did a fantastic job. He was clear about the pricing (eg. whether one or two men were required, how much stuff we had, whether there was a lift in the flat etc.) He also kept me updated about his arrival time on the day and arrived as agreed. Henry and his team delivered a splendid service across the week to 4 commercial jobs that we needed to deliver sculptures to across Manchester and London.

Removal of office furniture and items, and dismantling/re-assembly of desk. Also moving a very heavy cumbersome item! Very helpful, positive and friendly service. Despite difficult access and very short timescales - an excellent service just what we needed. Many thanks.

Second time using Hilogisticz Removal Services. First for moving from a 2 bed house to a 1 bed flat and then to clear 2 rooms full of furniture and other items. Henry was brilliant even though I inadvertently failed to send a video of one of the rooms, which was the fullest one. He only received a photo of the room with 2 items to clear, so arrived alone. He could have said no to clearing the full room but he said as he was already there, he would do it for an additional fee, which was understandable. He completely cleared both rooms on his own, which was such a relief. Thanks again Henry.

Henry and his colleague were courteous, patient and professional. They listened to instructions and were careful with my belongings from one end of the move to the other. On arrival at the new property, items were put in the correct rooms carefully and my TV and freezer were positioned where I requested. They really did go above and beyond and were so quick. They really took the stress out of what is an extremely stressful event. They deserve the 10 rating I have given. I would have no problem recommending this company for removals and would certainly use them again if I needed to.
