Ridiculously unprofessional. They came to fix the system that they installed. They couldn’t do it and still charged me. They wouldn’t revisit the home to sort out. The underfloor heating system that they installed in our new build seven years ago failed. They came to check on it and installed new pumps etc. This failed to solve the issue and seemed to make it worse. They failed to come out to resolve and sent me a bill for about £800.

Excellent service.

Engineers are brilliant but unfortunately office staff let the company down.

Very good company very cooperative, nothing Is too much trouble. They are now doing all our service and maintenance now too.
