The company did everything right. First, they replied by message, rather than by calling the phone number. All the 5-10 people who rang me were ignored. One other person replied by message, but too late to be considered. They asked for photos to give a price estimate. We agreed to proceed. They arrived at a later time than the original time. But they told me why and kept us informed. The work was completed quietly and professionally. Cleaned and tidied a. very untidy space. There was a small change in the price, fully explained, and agreed. Recommend and will use Hintz again

Rafal and his assistant helped me move from a 2 bed flat with very short notice. I was let down by another and Rafal stepped in and moved part of the furniture then was able to fit me in again the next day to finish the job. Really excellent service, highly recommend.

5 star service. I'm a hugely critical reviewer - Rafals team were hard working and careful. They moved me from Poole to another town over 2 days, using 3 large Luton vans. Everything was handled carefully. They were on time. Polite. Careful. Customer focused. Many thanks. Would highly recommend.

I cannot believe how quickly this company replied, collected a very heavy item immediately( as I had been let down by another company) and bought it to my home and even placed it in the correct place. Very efficient, curtious and respectful of my property and home. Thank you so much.
