John was brilliant. Quote provided was price paid for a blown pane he replaced for me. He kept me informed at every stage from the quote through to ordering, arranging a date for installation etc. John's work was entirely professional at all stages and he worked in a tidy and clean way, respectful of my home and relatively new carpets. He did some additional work to my two French doors, succesfully releasing one of them as the lock had jammed and also re-aligning the other. I can't speak highly enough of John's professionalism. I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you.
