Highly knowledgable. Cannot fault.
I live in a purpose built block of flats where condensation has been a real issue over the past months. Darren came twice to talk to me about possible solutions and within 3 days had provided me with a comprehensive estimate for the work. He was always punctual and clearly knows his stuff. However I have decided to put the work on hold for now whilst some of the issues that may be contributing to the problem are addressed by our managing agents. I will have no hesitation in using Hi-Tech when the time arises.
Damp proofing remedial work
You offered a really professional service - prompt response to my query, came out to assess and able to do the work timely (within the following week). This was much appreciated as we were without a kitchen and work couldn’t begin until the damp wall was repaired. Thank you.
Room in loft
I was very impressed with the work that was carried out in a professional manner.
Replaced a rotten stud partion wall including plastering and new skirting boards.
Excellent work. Workers were polite and left the job clean and tidy.
