Henry and Katie were absolute stars throughout, from being super quick to come and quote, to making time available as soon as they possibly could to come and do the urgent repair work that we needed. they were incredibly considerate of the needs of our young family and cats and provided excellent advice on preventing the issue returning. They are genuinely lovely people and are incredibly helpful and great value for money. After a bunch of no-shows they are a breat of fresh air

Friendly reliable and always turned up on time when expected. Henry, Katie and Pacey worked so hard and completed the job early. Their communication was impeccable. Would highly recommend H J Swann for anyone looking for a local builder will definitely be using them again.

Katie and Harry (and Pacey) were fantastic. They were on thime each day they finished early and had time to complete the concrete pad at the rear of the garden which. we would have had to wait for. Honestly wonderful people who have excellent knowledge of the regulations, industry and were efficient and reliable. I will most definitely use them again.

From start to finish HJ Swann's whole team we're very accommodating. The refit of the bathroom taking out the old bath installation of a gorgeous walk in shower with ample room for my father's needs the work was to an exceptional high standard and both my parents couldn't have been happier. Harry and Kate built our beautiful workshop at the end of our garden they worked all through different types of weather and always turned up on time. They stuck to the quotes that they gave us at the start with no hidden extras. I would recommend you look no further and get in touch with them for your building work. The standard of our workshop is excellent and it is regularly admired by friends and family. Sorry it took so long to put this review on.
