    Kitchen and utility worktops and upstands

    Alpha Marble and Granite came highly recommended to us as a tried and tested organisation by Mr Luke Singh of L&B Kitchens who fitted an absolutely fantastic kitchen in our new home. We were therefore grateful for such a positive referral for high quality worktops in what appeared as a potential minefield area given the wide variety and price ranges available to us. Alpha Marble and Granite were nothing short of first class, superb customer service and excellent craftsmanship throughout the time they spent at Virginia Water. Also delivered within sensible budgets for outstanding quality.

    Brand new Kitchen Worktops

    Amazing service and end product. I have not got a single bad thing to say. I have dark grey units and wanted black worktops. I was convinced to go with white worktops despite having my doubts. The boys Amar and Arjun in the office managed to sway me. The fitters were fantastic. Slawek and Kamal made sure everything looked perfect. I can hardly see the joints. Even the mastic work is flawless. With the price, it was a little bit more than the other suppliers I got a quote from but it was totally worth it.

    Quartz worktops

    Appalling service. Templating completely messed up by the father and sadly he also led the installation team where they proceeded to mess up a multitude of aspects of the installation to such a degree that Sharon refunded all our money.

As a small family run business we go above and beyond for our clients to maintain our reputation which you can see from our other reviews, we are sad to see it did not work out in this situation. You are the first negative review that we have received on this platform, and it is a shame, things do not always go completely to plan as we are human, but we do the best we can to rectify things as quickly and smoothly as possible. In this instance, I am not sure what else we could have done further to make you happy, we left you with a fully functioning product, that you kept and use daily at no cost.     Absolutely brilliant service. Very quick and efficient. The workers who installed my worktop were also very neat and tidy, both with installing the worktop and in their workspace at my home. I would highly recommend this company, the whole experience was flawless. I was quite out of my depth when getting my new kitchen fitted but the team here were so helpful, with lots of advice and pointers to help me on my way. They sent us lots of beautiful samples and were always very swift and responsive. Really took the stress out of the process for me!
