Planning permission for new windows
I live in a conservation area where full planning permission is required to install new windows. After a refusal from the local authority, the decision was overturned on appeal. I needed assistance on a technicality and approached HLF Planning. Their response was both immediate and most helpful. I felt very reassured by their friendliness and professional guidance. I shall use them again should the need arise and would highly recommend them to others .

2x Planning Applications and Appeal
We have used David at HLF over the past 6 or so years, with multiple applications to gain planning permission on our family home. This included one 8 month long planning appeal, and much back and forth with the council and architect. Finally after many years fighting with BCP, we gained the planning permission we were after.

Planning Objection
David took the time to explain the planning process and helped me to ascertain what was and was not a material planning objection. Having taken on board his advice I instructed HLF Planning to draft and submit an objection on my behalf. This was very thorough and prevented the development of a nearby site with an unacceptable scheme, the objection looked at compromises that I would find acceptable and presented a robust objection to the council.

Prompt service with very good and quick communication made dealing with the Company very easy. Made sure all the fine details were correct to enable the Council to have all the details required so they could review planning application with no further queries.
