I couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, the entire experience was smooth, professional, and impressive. The team arrived right on time, fully equipped, and walked me through the entire process before getting started. They were friendly, respectful of my home, and incredibly thorough in their work. My carpets look brand new — stains I thought were permanent are completely gone, and everything smells fresh and clean. I was especially impressed by how quickly everything dried afterward and how eco-friendly their products were (a big plus with pets and kids in the house).

I called HM Cleaning in an emergency my elderly mother dropped coffee all over our carpets. I was extremely panicked and stressed as our carpets are only a few months old HM Cleaning came to the rescue and removed the stains! They were at our residence within 24 hours with a great turnaround I will always continue to use and would highly recommend them
