Hector was great to deal with from start to finish and arranged for Arman to come out and install our EV charger. Arman arrived on time and was professional and tidy. The work was completed to a high standard and everything was explained clearly before and after the install. Really happy with the service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hector and his team.

I had a faulty lighting problem and this company got at electrician round to me within 4 hours. He dealt with the issue quickly and efficiently in under an hour. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I was initially given a quote for work that would take 1.5 days after a full survey. It got increased to 2 days, and even after that, the work was not finished, as the contractor kept on increasing. Cables, which, prior to the work getting started, were working fine, stopped working afterwards. My concrete pavers were broken up without informing me, debris & waster from the work were left strewn about. The pace at which the electrician was working seemed glacial. I have now contracted work to another company to clean up the mess left behind by HM.

I had a few jobs that needed to be done around a new flat and the team at HM Electrical were quick to respond, thorough in reviewing the job that needed to be done, communicated everything to me quickly, and scheduled a time that worked within my schedule. Their quote was accurate and the electrician (Ali) was polite and efficient. I am always nervous working with a new supplier but I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I was looking for help diagnosing the reason for my electric shower tripping and had approached a number of companies with no response. HM Electrical did respond and after discussing my problem, an appointment was arranged for inspection. They are a small company so communication is not instant, but the quality of their work is worth the wait. On the first visit, Chip the electrician, spent time diagnosing the source of the tripping and on his next visit installed a new shower and stayed to fix another lighting issue. His forensic approach and dedication to doing to the job was refreshing.

Hector was able to send one of his guys out to my flat within a couple of hours to investigate a faulty light circuit in the kitchen. The problem was identified and repaired with 2hours . I would highly recommended Hector and his team and will definitely use him again.
