  This job was done over a year ago, the feedback isn’t true, and we feel extremely harsh. Just look at our recent feedback. This customer wanted extra works done and we were unable to do them as we were too busy. This was explained to the customer. We done the original works and to a high standard and have the emails to say this. The customer has even approached my staff behind my back to do the extra works. As a company owner, we do our upmost to make sure we drive customer satisfaction, but we can’t please everyone. We even done some works at no charge to make sure we keep them happy but the moment we said we was unable to do the extras, they changed towards us. I’m still owed money from this client, and very confused with the feedback. We haven’t heard from this client for over a year now and get this feedback. We have tried and feel we can’t do anymore. Please ignore the feedback as this is incorrect. HMT construction prides itself with customer satisfaction and do our upmost to make sure all projects are on time and within budget. We have achieved this for the past seven years and continue do so.

  Kitchen renovation

  We hired HMT Construction to rip out an existing kitchen and fit another, including plastering, painting, tiling and flooring. Right from the beginning, we found Matt proactive and positive about the task at hand - he had no issues fitting an Ikea kitchen, which other builders had refused to do. He helped us with measuring and ordering materials, even in lockdown, and the job itself was completed to a really high standard by Matt, Gabby and Martin. We're very pleased with the results. Highly recommend this company.

  Whole house refurbishment

  Bathroom was done nicely, everything else was not great.. painting finish is horrible and have told them to come back which they haven’t. Had to sort my own plasterers out. Doesn’t really have workers, sub contracts them. Doesn’t keep me updated on things and I had to constantly chase them. Took longer than planned and they will take 1/2 week breaks in between jobs which delayed things even more. The trader is a good worker and a good painter But the other painter was not good and his finish is horrible. They’re good for bathroom works personally.

  As a company we welcome feedback, and feel the feedback received is not true to the events. We are a kitchen and bathroom company. The customer asked us to do her bathroom, and then she got let down by several contractors to refurb her property. We were asked if we could help which we did. She got her own plasterers in which was appalling. there was a two week break as she tried to get more plasters in, to rectify the bad plastering. Unable to do this, we had to work with terrible plastering. in the comments they say the painting was good and then it wasn't. Confused on that one. The materials was always late, and never on time hence ,the keep coming and going ,which caused massive delays. All my lads work for me direct please see all our other comments, and we are still owed a large amount of money which we will be taking legal action to collect. We also have materials in my yard, which she asked to order, and never been paid for, was told just send them back. To finish off we got a call yesterday 18th November 2020 asking if we could do some more work, a kitchen extension.

  Very happy customer here. I have the most beautiful bathroom and huge thanks for all the excellent work and attention to detail. I have never see anyone who is like them, they are extremely hard working people and everything is more than high standard you can think of. Definitely will hire them again for my future renovation projects. Totally recommend and you will never be disappointing for their work. Promise.
