Wow!!! Where do I even start. What a fantastic job luke and his team did, I couldn't recommended enough. Nothing was to much trouble for luke and his team. Luke helped design the key features throughout with huge knowledge and skill advising us on the best ways to do things. What a lovely team all they boys were they worked so hard and we're clean and tidy with an excellent eye for detail. Flagging up thing we hadn't even thought of or considered. 10/10

Luke and his team constructed a garden bar and a large porch to the front of our property. Construction materials: oak supports and walls with tiled roofs, tiles and/or slate surfaces. His men were courteous and punctual at all times and the site was left in good order at the end of the day. We were kept appraised of progress as some materials were unavailable during the pandemic period. If Luke said his men would be there on a set date, they were there.

Hoare Developments performed a great undertaking of demolishing 50% of our bungalow with plans to rebuild an all new larger ground floor foot print to accomodate a new roof for upstairs living space including all new footings, foundations, full build up from ground to plate for a new roof over. I must add that the project started 1 month before Covid19 1st Major Lock down and despite this challenging time and complete chaos Hoare Developments still continued the project with pure commitment and dedication achieving completion and the result we were looking for! We were extremely grateful for this !

Very pleased with the end result. Work was carried out quickly when materials were available.
