I genuinely could not give HOCU enough praise! From the moment we called them regarding a boiler issue to the moment they finished work at our property they were absolutely fantastic. We required a new boiler to be fitted and some works under our bath, for which the price from HOCU was very competitive. On the day of the works HOCU were at our property for 11 hours working tirelessly and you would not know they were ever there as everything was spotless when they left. If you need any works carried out, I could not recommend this company higher!

Had to replace our 13 year old gas boiler recently and opted for top quality Valliant boiler plus programmers. Very happy with the work, cleanliness and efficiency with which it was all carried out plus explanations of programmers and App. Thanks guys 👍

We had a Hive heating system installed by Hocu and the work was carried out very efficiently and the two engineers were pleasant and friendly and guided me through the operating system with great patience so I can operate it without any problems. They also have said if any further assistance is needed not to hesitate to contact them. We are very pleased with the service we have received from them.

Excellent work. Very professional. Had an apprentice with him which indicated he was trusted to teach that apprentice. Highly recommended. Would definitely use HOCU again.

We use Hocu for all our plumbing and heating servicing and any related issues. They fairly recently installed a water cylinder in the loft which is working perfectly and has freed up some space in the house. Everything is fairly priced and the whole team are polite and friendly and normally available at quite short notice. Strongly recommend this company!
