Lock replacement on locked door - unable to open, key lost, was able to replace in under an hour, good coms and tidy.

Chris was superb, came on short notice, charged a reasonable price (our locks alignment was off), offered advice without bias or expectations and included services in his service that other locksmiths would have charged for. He went above and beyond in solving our unique problem (of removing a smart lock) in a way that some others locksmiths weren’t willing to do, saved me getting a new smart lock as we move house! Would defo use again.
