Excellent. Was called at very short notice and responded by coming to help within the hour. A jamming multi-pin lock on a patio door. The gentleman was very personable, very friendly and helpful. He very quickly corrected the complex problem and gave us good advice if it should reoccur, but assured us we could contact him again if in need. We absolutely recommend this company.

New locks fitted very quickly. Faulty lock problem diagnosed and solution discussed and agreed. All done within an hour. Very professional job. Polite, helpful and friendly.

Chris from Hog’s Back Security replaced the faulty locks on several windows and a set of French doors. He was extremely thorough, trying first to realign the windows/doors to avoid the expense of changing the locks if possible which was appreciated. Where replacement was required Chris did an excellent job and made sure everything was working 100% with each lock before moving on to the next. Can’t fault the level of professionalism, care and value for money of the service provided and would recommend Chris without hesitation.
