James called after receiving the enquiry from Checkatrade, we discussed what is required and I forwarded drone footage and photo. He called back with a quote and we agreed the price. He sent the quote through by email. He arrived at the given time and completed the work to a high standard, left the area clean and tidy.

Recieved a call from James reference a chimney job i had placed on Checkatrade, sent a video and photo of the work required, he then called me again with a quote and followed up with it in writing, having checked the references I then called him back to offer him the work. He was in the area and called round to complete the work in the afternoon. Job done and all cleaned up very smartish, also replaced a cracked tile whilst on the roof. Would certainly recommend and have no hesitation in contacting again if the need arises.

Over three years ago I had facias, soffets and all guttering replaced by Holdcroft Home Improvements. A small piece of guttering had been blown off. I phoned them today at 3pm. I was told on the phone they would pop around and fix it. It's now 4.15 pm and the guttering is now firmly back in place ! Unbelievabley quick, efficient and customer friendly service.

Went above and beyond. Someone who can be trusted to not just get the job done but be really fair and actually treated me with care. We had a slight issue as can easily happen with anyone, but his response and action was outstanding and I couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommend.
