Shower pressure pump needed to be replaced.
I requested a call back from a Plumber via Checkatrade, within an hour Luke had called me and arranged to come and look at our shower later that day. After finding the problem he ordered us a new pump and came back the next day to fit it. We were very impressed by the quick turnaround times! Luke was very friendly and polite and I can recommend him to anyone who needs a good plumber!

Boiler Breakdown
Very courteous and efficient. Answered phone promptly, attended same day (on a Saturday!), rectified problem swiftly and explained how to avoid in future. Would definitely recommend.

New shower pump fitted
Visited to inspect the issue the same day I contacted them, provided a quote that evening and carried out the work on time, to a high standard at the agreed price. Friendly and polite and kept me informed at all times. Will definitely use again and highly recommend.

Luke fitted my mum's wet room
I cannot fault luke, not only was he polite and lovely (always insisted on taking his shoes off at the door even though I said not too) he even finished the bathroom 1 day early! My mum is so happy with her wet room and absolutely nothing wrong with if. Thank you Luke for being a star!!!
