Surrounding area of toilet not finished to a good standard, smells and drain flies appeared after a few weeks. Contacted them and they finished of the surround with cement. Again smell and flies got a lot worse. Haven't had no response from them after we discover that the cement soil pipe had been cracked presumably from the toilet instalation. Under bath and toilet area very damp and smell and flies are very bad. Ongoing issues since mid July.

I was told the work would take 10 days. It took1August- 28 August. Day one no one turned up. Robin said he had left a voicemail. He did not. Said he would start 3 days later. Miraculously he could start the next day when I complained. Day one bedroom wall was damaged from someone trying to remove tiles. In the showroom I agreed to pay £300 for a skip on my drive. This never arrived and Robin said as he had a skip in his yard the men could take away the rubbish daily. This never happened. Sanitary ware was left for 5 days by my front door and large card board boxes in my living room

Excellent time keeping ,here on the dot of 8am. Very thorough. Little disappointed that a simple washing machine valve wasn't on his van. Good fix though, did a pressure test as I asked. Little disappointed to find the engineer sat on his phone playing games whilst waiting on test water pressure levels. I understand he has free time whilst waiting for the system to test but its not what want you want to see when your paying by the hour. On the whole I am happy with the work and the end result.

They replied quickly and effectively to all emails. Fitted the shower and removed the old shower promptly.
