Nige was very friendly, helpful and professional. He arrived at the time booked and explained clearly what he was going to do. He thoroughly tested the Emergency Lighting and identified a fault which will be rectified the following week. I learnt alot about many aspects of fire safety from asking him questions which is so useful going forward. I was very pleased to get a Fire Safety Log book for our flats. I thought I would have to produce my own so that was fantastic. Very pleased with all aspects of the visit. Thank you Nige. I can thoroughly recommend Holt Alarms!

Very old system kept having issues. Parts no longer available. Engineer was very good and went above and beyond to try to fix. End up installing a new system. Communication and assistance throughout has been brilliant on the phone and in person. Very friendly would recommend this company to everyone.

Holts Alarms have a really good team of engineers that will answer any questions & work very well together. They turned up when they said they would ,very well organized and did a very good clean job. very pleased.

My experience with Holt Alarms was a very pleasant one, from start to finish. The fitter had excellent knowledge so was able to advise us of our options on an old broken system. When we had decided on a new alarm, it was all completed in a very quick time frame. The workmanship was exemplary. The fitter being courteous, professional and extremely tidy.
