Plumbing work within new kitchen
Phil was amazing, so professional and really helped to get us out of a pickle due to poor workmanship through the builders we are using for our extension. Nothing was too much trouble and he was very thorough and gave us total piece of mind that our boiler system and piping were safe. He also managed to increase the water pressure throughout the house thanks to the brilliant replacement pipe work, we are one happy family and would certainly recommend him to anyone look for plumbing work.Job location: RG279.5 Posted 04 November 2019

Replaced and repositioned a stopcock, reconfigured the pipework, supplied and fitted a softener, refitted kitchen cabinet.

Fitted new immersion heater and new tank and moved gas pipe
Even though the job took longer than expected ( due to unforeseen problems that were not his fault ) Phil took time to sort it out properly and did not charge me for the extra time. No work carried out
I booked a specific date and time for Phil to attend and rectify a problem with a tap and toilet. He did not show up on the agreed date. He didn't contact me to advise he wasn't able to come or afterwards to explain why he hadn't come.
