  Kitchen Extension - great team!

  Holyoak Building Services recently completed a kitchen extension on our 1930s detached property. Tom and his team have done a remarkable job and we couldn't be more pleased with their work. From the start, Tom was professional, efficient, and displayed a high level of expertise. His team was extremely friendly and respectful of our space, which made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. We are thrilled with our new kitchen space and would like to extend our appreciation to Tom and his team for their exceptional service. I have no hesitation in recommending Tom to future clients.

  Lean to extension

  Tom and his team were absolutely amazing. Everything went really smoothly start to finish. He organised everything we needed from skips, bricks to electrician and everything else in between. All we had to choose were the colours of the windows and doors ! Would highly recommend and will have Tom do more work in the future. Everything was finished to a very high standard. Really impressed.

  Double rear story extension

  I cannot recommend Tom Holyoak highly enough. Tom did a double story rear extension for us, extending 2 bedrooms encorporating an en suite and a kitchen diner downstairs. Both him and Andy were great, very easy company but grafted. The extension went without any hitches. Tom's project management was second to none, getting different trades in at the right times so there were no delays. His communication was spot on. He is trustworthy and did exactly the work agreed at the price we agreed.I would recommend Tom to anyone, and have passed his number onto friends and family. Thanks Tom and Andy.

  Porch built and steps/driveway changed

  Quality finish to the work, built exactly as agreed and as quoted. Brickwork, roofing and stonework all completed to a high standard. Tom and his team are fantastic to work with, polite, honest, tidy, hard working - I've already booked them for my next project.

  Single storey side extension

  We spoke to a number of builders to get quotes for a small side extension to enlarge our kitchen and make space for a cloakroom and storage area. Tom came across friendly and competent and quoted a competitive rate. We decided to hire him and we are really pleased we did, he (and Joe) did an excellent job throughout the build in spite of poor weather conditions and various unforeseen problems. They were very courteous and considerate throughout and kept us up to date with the progress. We plan to use Tom and Joe again and will recommend to family as well.

  Rear single story extension, opening the kitchen area and linking the living room.

  From the first time I spoke to Tom, I found him to be professional, courteous and a good listener, giving ideas and advice to make the building a successful additional living space. Tom was patient when goods that we had ordered delayed the progress and was ready to finish the work when everything finally arrived. We are extremely pleased with the standard of work, and the attention to detail (finishing touches to patio, laying turf and repositioning very large and heavy plant pots, adjustment to dishwasher door!). I would definitely recommend Holyoak Building Services.
