I was hopeful I found an excellent contractor. The initial work seemed excellent and came up with a solution to wanting an extra camera, and not being able to fit a camera t in the place I needed it. However I have had many problems since, and on trying to get help and promising to call me I am still have problems with what was fitted. I have never had any help at all with resolving the issues. This means I'm going to have to pay a new contractor.

i do believe i did this job around 6 to 7 years ago and fitted the customer a ring doorbell and have never heard from her until a few months ago when she said she could not get the ringbell on to the app on her phone and i later found out the whole of the ring doorbell network was down though out the whole country and i never heard from her again to say there was still a problem so i though this had been the problem .if she had rang me again i would seen if it was at fault but seeing it was out of warranty by many years i could not replace or fix anything with it
